Lucrezia Lamastra

‌Lucrezia Lamastra graduated in Chemistry and Pharmaceutical Technologies at the University of Turin in 2005, she obtained her doctorate by attending Agrisystem, a PhD school for the agro-food system, in 2010 at the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore of Piacenza. Since 2013 she is a researcher at the Department of Sustainable Food Production of the Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore. Alongside the analytical activities in the laboratory she demonstrates a growing interest in the theme of Sustainability, which leads her to coordinate and participate in various projects of national and international interest. She is coordinator of VIVA, a project of the Italian Ministry of the Environment for the sustainability of Italian Viticulture, of two PEI-AGRI projects related to circular economy (SCOOTER and FLAMBE), and participate in a LIFE project related to the sustainability of the dairy sector (TTGG).
