Recognizing Brilliance: Best Poster Award

We are excited to announce the Best Poster Award for our upcoming event. The awards for the winning authors are as follows:

 

 

1st Best Poster: €800

2nd Best Poster: €480

3rd Best Poster: €320

 

 

 

 

Evaluation Commission

The commission will consist of five esteemed members:

• Federico Ferrari (Sponsor)
• Bernhard Gottesbüren (Session Chair)
• Aaldrik Tiktak (Session Chair)
• Maria Elena Antinori (Session Chair)
• Michael Raimondi (Session Chair)

 

Evaluation Methodology and Criteria

Each commission member will evaluate only the posters displayed in their respective sessions. They will score the posters individually on a scale of 1-10, based on the following weighted themes:

Content (70%):

• Clear research question/hypothesis
• Method/methodology clearly explained
• Study results/conclusions are clear
• Novel and relevant scientific content

Layout/Design (30%):

• Structured layout
• High readability
• Data/graphs/images are appropriately labelled
• Bibliography is available (though not necessarily displayed on the poster)

 

The final score will be an average of each member’s individual scores. The award is open to all posters presented at the event, with all materials being eligible and given equal consideration.
